Beginning of serial production of hand-operated jack presses

We bring to your attention our new product in the "Garden and Vegetable Garden" section - a jack press for squeezing juice from berries, fruits and other fruits.
Presses of this type are presented in two designs:
a) with a jack under the movable platform, on which there is a container for storing crushed raw materials;
b) the jack is located in the upper part of the press, directly above the container with raw materials.

The disadvantage of a press with a bottom jack is a more bulky design!
The disadvantage with the overhead position is the possibility of hydraulic oil from the jack to get into the container with the crushed product.
In order to avoid contamination of raw materials and, accordingly, juice, we have taken as a basis option "a" - with the lower location of the jack.
As the design and manufacture of the first prototype proceeded, an idea appeared - and soon it was implemented! The novelty turned out to be the replacement of the guide rod - a screw with a handle.
This design made it possible to save time and facilitate the process.
At the moment, we are producing 2 types of jack press:
with a guide rod and with a screw, with a basket for raw materials with a volume of 25L and 40L!
