Spring production

SoveK LLC is a modern, industrial enterprise, the dynamics of development of which is due to the constant search and implementation of modern technologies and investments in staff development.

We produce SPRINGS:

- by type of perceived load - tension springs, compression springs, torsion springs, bending springs, rings and staples;
- by design - cylindrical, conical, barrel-shaped, disc-shaped.

The technical equipment of the production facility makes it possible to produce springs from wire with a diameter of 0.2 to 25 mm inclusive of rolled round, flat, square section and steel grades: B2 GOST 9389-75, 60S2A GOST 14963-78,12X18H10T PO, 50XFA, 60C2, 60S2A, 60S2XA, 65S2, 65S2VA, 65G, 70, 70S3A, BrB-2.

At all production cycles, the main technological parameters are controlled to achieve high quality products. The production has automated equipment that makes it possible to fulfill orders of any quantity.

We also do end-face grinding, heat treatment, painting and galvanic treatment of springs on request.
