Production of a mold with automatic threading of thread marks using stepper motors

February 2023. We manufactured and successfully tested a mold with automatic unscrewing of thread marks using stepper motors. This technology makes it possible to produce a variety of plastic parts with internal threads in the automatic injection molding mode. It ensures high productivity of parts manufacturing, stability of the casting cycle, eliminates the human factor (associated with the replacement of embedded thread marks), which in turn significantly reduces the cost of the product.
