General information

The smokehouse is intended for hot smoking of meat, fish, cheese and vegetables at home. The heat source can be a gas or electric stove. It is put on a gas (electric) stove first on a large fire to ignite the sawdust, and then it is transferred to the smallest fire until the end of the smoking process. Smoke from the smokehouse during smoking is not released into the room due to waterproofing.
