Microprocessor-based contactless ignition system 1135.3734 (MPBSZ) is an electronic switch with a microprocessor-based ignition timing controller and is designed to work in the electrical system of 2-cylinder carburetor engines of motorcycles "Ural" and "Dnepr", "K-750" instead of serial contact (breaker PM302) , contactless (sensor 17.3847, switch 47.3734),  inductive contactless ignition systems BSZ 135.3734.
The microprocessor-based contactless system is designed to improve motorcycle performance by:

• increasing engine power at low rpm;
• reduction in fuel consumption;
• improved cold start;
• stability of engine operation due to reduction of asynchronous sparking and optimization of the ignition timing depending on engine speed;
• reducing the toxicity of exhaust gases, fuel consumption and carbon deposits on candles due to an increase in the inductive phase of the spark;
• stable engine start when the battery voltage drops;
• reducing the labor intensity of installation and maintenance of the ignition system;
• limiting the amount of current and the time of its flow through the primary winding of the ignition coil to prevent it from overheating and discharging the battery.

The best spark discharge parameters are provided with coils 135.3705, 1135.3705, 135.3705M, however, the module is operable with any other motorcycle ignition coils (4412.3705, 406.3705, 3012.3705, 3022.3705).

The electronic control of the spark moment used in the MPBSZ ensures the stable operation of the system in all normal modes of the motorcycle.

Specifications

• Nominal supply voltage 6-12V with grounded "minus" of the storage battery.
• The current consumption with the ignition switch on and the engine off does not exceed 0.15 A.
• MPBSZ ensures uninterrupted sparking when the voltage in the onboard network changes from 6V to 16V, while the voltage on the spark plugs does not change and reaches 17 kV.
• MPBSZ provides uninterrupted sparking at a crankshaft speed of up to 7000 rpm, while the consumed current does not exceed 1.5 A.
• The ignition system is operational in the ambient temperature range from -25 to +85 degrees C.

The MPBSZ is installed on the motorcycle using the fasteners included in the delivery set.

The manufacturer guarantees the trouble-free operation of the 1135.3734 system under observance of the operating conditions for 12 months from the date of sale.
