The crusher is designed to obtain pulp from grapes of any variety, with the separation of the crest. 

Crushing is carried out by rollers of a special shape, which prevents damage to the grape seed, forming a high-quality material for further preparation of juice or wine.
During the operation of the crusher, the grapes that have fallen into the hopper (1) are crushed by rollers (8) and fall on the sieve (7). Moving along the entire length of the sieve, the grapes are sifted into a container for collecting the pulp. At the same time, the combs are pushed out of the crusher by the shaft of the comb separator (6).
