The microprocessor-based contactless ignition system 1135.3734 (MPBSZ) (К750) is a logical continuation of the development of electronic ignition designed to work in the electrical equipment of 2-cylinder carburetor engines of motorcycles M72, K750 and Dnepr-12 of all modifications with a 6 or 12 volt generator, instead of a serial contact (breaker PM305) ignition systems.
Microprocessor-based contactless ignition system is designed to improve the technical characteristics of a motorcycle by:

• improved cold start;
• stability of engine operation due to a decrease in asynchronism of sparks and stability of characteristics of advancing the sparking moment in time;
• reducing the toxicity of exhaust gases, fuel consumption and carbon deposits on candles
  due to the increase in the inductive phase of the spark;
• stable engine start when the battery voltage drops to 6 V;
• reducing the labor intensity of installation and maintenance of BSZ;
• limiting the amount of current and the time it flows through the primary winding of the ignition coil to prevent it from overheating and discharging the battery.

The best spark discharge parameters are provided with the 135.3705M ignition coil, specially developed for this system, however, the module is operable with any other motorcycle ignition coils (B204, B201).
The electronic regulation of the spark moment used in the MPBSZ ensures the stable operation of the system during all regular modes of motorcycle robots.

Specifications

• Nominal supply voltage 6 or 12V with grounded “minus” of the storage battery.
• The current consumption with the ignition switch on and the engine off does not exceed 0.15 A.
• MPBSZ ensures uninterrupted sparking when the voltage in the onboard network changes from 6V to 16V, while the voltage on the spark plugs does not change and reaches 17 kV.
• MPBSZ provides uninterrupted sparking at a crankshaft speed of up to 7000 rpm, while the current consumed by the system does not exceed 1.5 A.
• The ignition system is operational in the ambient temperature range from -25 to +85 degrees C.

MPBSZ is installed on a motorcycle using spare parts and fasteners included in the delivery set.

The manufacturer guarantees the trouble-free operation of MPBSZ 1135.3734, subject to the operating conditions, within 12 months from the date of sale.
